Morley Goldberg- President
Morley
graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the
City University of New York and received a Master of Business Administration
degree with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University. He started his
investment career in 1969 as an Account Executive with the firm of Clark Dodge &
Co. and later with Tucker Anthony and R. L. Day, in 1972. Morley joined the
investment firm of Delafield, Harvey, and Tabell in 1976, where he completed the
development of his research product for institutional investors: Input Analysis
for Portfolio Managers. In 1979 he joined Moore & Schley, where he marketed his
Input Analysis service to portfolio managers throughout the country. In 1985
Morley founded and directed the firm's investment advisory division, Moore &
Schley Asset Management. In 1990 he merged Moore & Schley into Matrix Asset
Advisors. Morley is the founder and President of Dumont & Blake Investment
Advisors and is a member of the Investment Policy Committee, and a[top] Portfolio
Manager/Investment Strategist.
Fredric P. Lutcher, CFA - Chief Investment Officer
Fred
has over 25 years of investment management experience. Before joining Dumont &
Blake he was the Chief Investment Officer, U.S. Equities with HSBC Asset
Management in New York City for six years. In this position Fred was responsible
for the management of over $3 billion in equities, and overseeing a team of 12
analysts, portfolio managers, and traders. Prior to joining HSBC he was Vice
President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Merrill Lynch Asset Management for
nine years and was awarded a Lipper #1 ranking in the Capital Appreciation
category of mutual funds in 1995. Fred is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a
graduate of Lehigh University, a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society
of Philadelphia. He successfully completed the 2005, 2006, and 2007 CFA
Institute Professional Development (PD) Programs and was awarded Certificates of
Achievement each year by the CFA Institute Board of Governors. At Dumont &

R. Dawson Smith, III
- Managing Director, Red Bank office
Dawson
has thirty years of investment management experience. Before joining
Dumont & Blake, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with J. P. Morgan Private Bank
in New York City where he was a valued member of the equity strategy committee.
He had been with J. P. Morgan and Chase Bank for over 16 years. In this
position Dawson was responsible for over $700 million in trust, investment
management, pension and retirement assets. Prior to his years at J. P.
Morgan and Chase Bank, Dawson was with Manufacturers Hanover Trust
Company for ten years. He resides with his wife and two sons in Sea[top] Girt, New Jersey.
Kathy Anne Lo
Bue - Managing Director, Princeton office
Kathy
has over 25 years of investment management experience. She joined us in 2004
from JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager
and Vice President in the Personal Asset Management Division. In this position
Kathy was responsible for managing over 200 investment and trust portfolios
totaling $180 million in assets. Prior to joining Chase, Kathy worked for the
JPMorgan Private Bank, where she served as Portfolio Manager for both domestic
and international clients, managing over $580 million in assets. In addition,
she managed the International Private Banking Operation. She started her career
at American International Group managing corporate fixed income assets totaling
over $1 billion. Kathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the
Bernard M. Baruch College in New York. Kathy is a member of the Investment
Policy Committee and a Portfolio Manager. She is a member of the Western
Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, a committee member for Boy Scout Troop 155,
Freehold and a member of the Finance Committee for St. Robert Bellarmine Church,
Freehold. She resides with her husband and three sons in Freehold, New Jersey.[top]
C. Angus Schaal, CFP® - Managing Director, Phoenix office
Angus
has over 10 years of investment management experience. He joined Dumont & Blake
from American Express Financial Advisors where he managed a financial and
investment planning practice for private clients. Prior to joining American
Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial), Angus worked with Key
Bank’s investment subsidiary, Victory Capital Management, Inc. where he
administered $800 million in assets for individuals, businesses, and
non-profits. Angus is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional and an honors
graduate of Marlboro College with additional studies at Cleveland State
University and Arizona State University. Angus’ first job out of college was
with George Soros’ organizations in Budapest, Hungary, which provided a
formative introduction to emerging-markets. Upon returning to the US and before
joining Key Bank, Angus gained business model experience within a successful
venture-funded startup company later sold to a multinational corporation. Dumont
& Blake’s style of investment management and its dedication to matching
strategies to individual goals were key factors in his decision to join the
firm. His goal is to meet his clients’ investment needs through financial
planning. Angus specializes in developing retirement plans for individuals,
businesses and non-profits. He is a member of the Financial Planning

Adam Goldberg - Director of Portfolio Management
Adam graduated cum laude from
Towson State University in 1986 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. He
started his career in the Telecommunications industry serving in positions of
increasing responsibility at Centex Telemanagement. His responsibilities
included sales and sales management, with his main focus on negotiating with the
Regional Bell Operating Companies to open their respective markets. Adam
started his career in the investment business in 1992 with PaineWebber, and in
1995 he joined Matrix Asset Advisors as the fixed income trader and portfolio
manager. He joined Dumont & Blake in 1999 to head up fixed
income trading and portfolio management. Adam is a member of the[top] Investment Policy
Committee.
Thomas D'Auria, CFA - Director of Research

Tom has over 20 years of
investment management experience. In addition to heading our investment research
effort, Tom also manages our Mid-cap product. Before joining Dumont & Blake, he
was the Chief Investment Officer for US Equities with HSBC Investments in New
York. Tom joined HSBC in 1997 as a Senior Analyst/Portfolio Manager and also
served as a Senior Fund Manager before being named CIO in 2003. Prior to HSBC,
Tom was a Vice President/Senior Fund Analyst at Merrill Lynch Asset Management
working on a small and mid-cap equity growth fund, ranked number 1 by Lipper in
1995. Tom also served as a Senior Securities Analyst at Midlantic National Bank
as well as Vice President at Dreman Value Management in Jersey City. He holds a
BS in Finance with honors from the City University of New York. Tom is a
Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA
Society of Philadelphia.
